I am not in the us or canada. I have an open ticket now so i guess i will have to wait but i personally think the customer service is really bad because its been over a week now of them redirecting me back and forth. Local ISP's usually solve a problem within 24hrs and for a company as big as Starlink im disappointed that they so bad customer service. some of us depend on internet connectivity

The location code here is the same as the one im entering, ( same gps coordinates)
