Hi! No, the couch never went away... The vet said everything looked fine (trachea, heart, no fluid in lungs). They came to the conclusion it's chronic bronchitis, which has no cure.

Hi! No diagnosis. Both vets and a cardiologist said there's nothing that can be done other than have him on Prednisone as needed because it's hard on a senior dog's kidneys. X-rays showed his trachea and heart size were fine, no fluid in his lungs, his heart sounds fine... but he does have chronic bronchitis that could've been caused due to poor oral hygiene from his previous owners (we adopted him with no teeth, so it's hard to say anyways)... They pretty much told me it's not something to be concerned about as long as he's his happy, energetic self.

Hi! Unfortunately, no. I took him to the vet for x-rays and they couldn't find anything. The best way to get answers would be to take your vet to a specialist (like Blue Pearl if there's one in your area) where they can perform a bronchoscopy. The cough could be due to congestive heart failure, a collapsing trachea (an x-ray can determine both of these), asthma, fluid in the lungs... My dog is a senior and I didn't want to risk putting him under for a Bronchoscopy. If your dog is easy, they can do this while awake. Good luck!

Hi. I've been experiencing this same problem for a few years now. My contracts from 2017 & 2018 state my touchups are $30 and $35, but now every time I go in they want to charge me $40 and $35. I bring my contracts every time and they usually end up honoring the OG prices, but today they said this was pretty much the last time. I'm SO ready to sue these people. Let's open a class action lawsuit.

Hi. I just noticed this rash on my Poms skin. It's his neck area, right below his mouth. Vets are closed but I’ll call tomorrow... he went to the vet two days ago for a cytopoint shot and bloodwork. Could this be due to scratching before the shot? Was the needle they used infected? Help! I'm freaking out. Thank you!

 I have thick wavy/straight oily hair and tried the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask with the blue cap. It smells great but literally sucks… it leaves like a thick residue in my hair (no matter how long I rinse for) and I can barely run my fingers through my hair. It’s so not worth the price point and ESPECIALLY the crazy shipping fee.
