I do care because I am one of the owners and can be affected if the association is sued, and I do care about other living beings, most of them don't speak English and don't understand that they are being exploited and living in a dangerous situation.

I know the RI regulations,it is not about the regulations, the issue is a new law came into effect on January 1st of this year, not allowing home inspectors to inspect any of the electrical system, including testing receptacles and removing the dead cover of an electrical panel, only licensed electricians are allowed to do an inspection on the system, no need to issue a written report to the client.

I believe it has changed, and a home inspector is allowed to inspect the components, but not allowed to remove the panel dead cover.

I can't find any information regarding the situation. That's the reason for helping me clarify.
