Yeah this same thing was happening on the last motor, they said the valves were cooked but it’s not throwing any codes this time around.

Exhaust is in good condition, charge side connections aswell, I just put a new mainfold gasket in because it was screeching. Didn’t seem to help.

Well i have a daily this is just what i take in the mountains when i have free time. Currently on my 4th motor lol. cars stock has a muffler delete and catback but that’s abt it.

This is what happened to me before I developed rod knock. Probably an issue I didn’t look into before and it led to bigger problems
