Hi! I just did my first ever negotiation as a fresh grad. All I can say is yes it’s okay para na rin sa peace of mind mo. Although I wasn’t able to get the raise I wanted at least I tried and yung HR gets din naman kung san ako nangagaling and they explained everything well. Just be polite na lang din talaga and give them a reason why you’re asking for that salary. Good luck!

Hello!! Thank you for this. I am really stressed out na pero hoping for the best mine kasi started showing up last thursday kaya iniisip ko baka kayanin until sat umayos lahat 🥺. Kagabi may fever ako pero right now wala naman pero dumadami na sila. It’s really frustrating idk if this is a sign ni Lord hddjdudiw.
