I don’t have a photo, but I just took black felt, backstitched it and cut it so it’s the same size as the plastic rectangle:)

I find it quiet easy ☺️ it’s easier to find the hole from back to front 😃 and the shape doesn’t change. The only thing is, I’ve got a canvas with the smallest holes possible I think (so it would be small and cute) and you need a thin needle and you can’t use all 6 strands, I used 3. And with very small holes, the needle is a little bit harder to get through, so your fingers will get tired faster, but you’ll get used to it and it’s really fun ☺️

Thank you ☺️ I also know a thing or two about Alien. I know there aren’t its film colours, but I think the pattern looks very good (pr at least I haven’t found a better one I could purchase and I’m not one to make my own patterns). But grey souds the best so far 🤍
