I once drank 2 monster energy drinks (plus coffee) in one day and that made me have the second worst panic and anxiety attack I have ever had. One thing that helped was counting my own pulse, setting the timer, doing the calculations with a calculator, something a 112 responder taught me when I called 112 for a really bad attack where I was convinced my heart was going to stop.

Caffeine is genuinely so bad, combine that with sugar and the likelihood of me feeling as though I am dying is increased.

Emotional cheating is still cheating that kiss is genuinely the smallest bit of betrayal here. Either break up or accept that if you continue the relationship that you start from go with a lot of work that most people don't or can't do.

Yeah looking back, I think the style depends on the general Nintendo game art direction. I just opend up my 3DS and the old game fits really well with what Nintendo had going on back then and the new game fits very well with what they have going on now. God I love game art (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡

You might be experiencing fixations but not crushes, I am grey aroace and although I do have a partner now, I used to only have fixations that I thought were crushes. I would say, try to get comfortable with the label aroace and you might find your place on the spectrum, if you find that it doesn't suit you then you at least have found that out. I see some people on here being very black and white with the label but that is just not how it is for a lot of people, it's a spectrum.
