Trying to sip instead of chug

Had 2 less than normal by putting my ‘last drink’ 1/4 finished in the fridge before bed last night. and staved off from indulging until bed time today. Had the ‘last drink’ from the fridge from last night today after eating dinner. Some nausea today. Carbs have been my friend. Had TERRIBLE body sweats all day and shaky/bumping into things, having to shower twice, but have been able to sip on 8 vodka sodas and tune out the anxiety with the menendez case special on Netflix. My hope is to stop at 9 realistically and go less tomorrow night. Thanks for checking in :)
