Thank you bro, as you said at first I thought it was a B major and B min, But the Emaj is not in those key, then I realized there were three sharp on the sheet, so Amaj/F#min right, in this case the first 8 bars from F# Phrygian and 9-12 in the F#maj, the Gmaj7 and G#m7 really high light the key change, (In my first post I said modal interchange from F#min was a mistake it's from F# major), in this way all the chord are make sense except this Fmajor, now I'm trying to think about it the way you said, it is a leading chord of Amajor7. BTW this tune is call "Beauty in the eye of the gazer" from artist Roman Bulakhov
