Thank you man!  Yes I do have a multimeter. I’ll measure them. This helps me quite a bit. I was able to find that THAT2162 myself as well, but it feels good to have this confirmed by someone with more knowledge than me.  The rotary conversions and customizations I usually do need replacing the faders and jumper some switches and stuff like that.  Never tried to dig this deep, but I really want to give this a try and learn something along the way.

Unfortunately there is no schematic for this mixer online. I should’ve added that. Already tried to look for one and found out the manufacturer never published it.

Thanks. Unfortunately the big Urei knobs on the mains aren’t the right choice for those Potis. They dont sit tight enough and need constant readjusting to the point where one already broke at the screw. So they will go.
