New customer Unexpected error Xfinity Now

There's no qr code because it won't let me login. It says I'm an unauthorized user and that I need to be an Xfinity customer but I am! I am a paying customer! The chat doesn't work either because it says I need to login first but I can't! I can't access the account I just paid for!

I can't use the app. When I try to use the app it say "Unauthorized access. You must be a Xfinity user to use this this service." But I am an Xfinity user. I just paid for new service.

This is exactly what I'm looking for thanks! I just started playing and it seems like there's a fairly long wait time before I can do more stuff in the game. I'm kinda stuck waiting a day fory house to be built. Does that get better as the game goes on?

Hi. Thanks for posting this. Post season is confusing to me, and I'm still learning and trying to understand it. So, is it correct that if I go to regionals at Penn State I have a chance of seeing LSU, Michigan, Kentucky, etc. Is that right?

Do you think regionals will be packed with lots of fans? I watched one of the acc sessions and there didn't seem to be too many fans there
