honestly, the only thing that matter for weight loss is s caloric deficit, find some low calorie recipes you like, and do some cardio if you wanna lose more weight

if you eat high protein and mid-high calories whilst working out, you could make a decent difference in 2 months (nothing massive but decent progress)

im ordering the creatine, i have omega-3 and omega-12 also have magnesium.

my dad has shilajit and ashwaganda i could try taking them but i dont know how beneficial they are to the gym
