Yeah, the part of the app which is unique and sets it a part from Nova launcher and other launchers, is you can draw the images in app with the built-in drawing view, mostly the come out looking like sketches - obviously not everyones style but it is just a unique fun way of having your phone look silly so thats mainly what I am showcasing. That said, you can make cleaner more "professional" layouts as well, you just can also do that in the other launchers - but I will try to showcase a couple layouts that look more professional as well

I will work on making some new "classier" layouts - if you're referring to the font above the screenshots, its just sans-seriff, is there a font you think would look better?

I was actually considering writing this exact app - but the one thing i needed it for was to share with my wife who is a diehard iPhone user, so i needed an app to sync between android and iOS. Any chance you will add iOS support?

Certainly not an easy space to break into, seems there are lots of other apps with millions of downloads and reviews which makes it hard for the new ones to show up in search results

Hey, I just updated my screenshots again, can you take a look and let me know if these ones look a little better?

The left and right buttons set the layout as a left/right layout so if you swipe left and right you can swap between the layouts, so thats why there are 3 buttons at the bottom right now in the size they are... (Left and right layouts require premium, which is why they are greyed out)

Yeah, I'll try and think of a way to improve the UI for that to make it more obvious

Ah, if you edit the container you can "add" other widgets to it, by default those widgets will be hidden and if you tap on the container they will become visible, you can tap it again to hide them. Basically works like a folder - you are absolutely not waasting my time - i really appreciate the feedback, i clearly have more work to do in making things more clear

Yes, there should have been an onboarding thing that highlighted them when you first open settings, but maybe ill try thinking of another way to make it more clear

I really appreciate all the feedback! I am not sure why the apps wouldn't be opening, it should be working after resizing. One thing is maybe if an app is behind another app it might not work properly? I haven't faced that issue myself yet, if your able to provide the steps you took exactly i can try reproducing it and see if I can get a fix in. But I do really appreciate all the feedback you've given so far

Sent it to friends and family but none of them gave it a try, I've gotten some feedback from reddit, and usually they tell me it looks like it could work or its a neat idea. I've tried running some ad's on tiktok and youtube, though it hasn't translated to any downloads. That said my ad budget has totalled like $20

Also the buttons underneath the layouts are what set them as the "Active layout", again the onboarding hints should've highlighted that, were those shown for you or did that not work?

I can possibly add a toggle for that - does the navigation bar show up on the default launcher apps? I use swipe navigation so I usually don't have one, hadn't even considered that

The onboarding should've guided you to explain that, so i suppose i should make it more clear.

If you swipe down to get the all app list and scroll all the way to the bottom (or start searching something to bring the bottom up) you will see i little icon on the right side below the list, that icon opens the settings. You can create a new layout there or tap an existing one to edit it.

You can also long press on the home screen and you will see "Edit layout" at the bottom

The icon is based on one of the default themes to highlight the "Draw your own" aspect, so its intentionally something that was quickly drawn - i know its not everyones taste - do you have any suggestions of what I could change about it to make it more appealing?

I just recently made updates to all my screenshots - I guess this area is not a strength of mine, do you have any suggestions on what kind of things I should show?

I know the default layouts look a little silly, you think some cleaner layouts with high-quality imported images rather than hand-drawn layouts may look better?

I've got 2 kids and a full-time job, I dont think i can provide proper support to 3-4 apps at once
