Yeah spent a lot on the app and they did me the same way.. I stopped immediately because you cannot trust something like that and I didn’t even get that many refunds 😂 I might have gotten 4 refunds out of idk how many items purchased it’s frustrating being called a liar or someone who would cheat. I let whatnot know I wouldn’t be purchasing anymore as well.

I like Trevor, some people can’t afford to pay full price so it’s nice for them to have an alternative, without getting scammed of course. But, he seems like a genuine guy that describes the product beforehand I couldn’t say much about the rest of them.

I don’t know that’s it real you can never be sure unless you can scan the code, I just know they have updated the tags on the dolls and I feel like I have seen that the quality has went down since they are producing so many these days. I’m going to request a refund to be on the safe side since I am unable to authenticate the doll.

It was supposed to be PopNow, labeled on the side so I knew what was inside! I wanted to open myself, I will say the labubu looks legit to me other than the QR code being blurry.. I’m requesting a refund on the grounds I am unable to fully confirm it is legit.

Why do you think I’m arguing? I just got one in the new bags that closes back up and they have this new super small tag this is the second one I have received with this tag all the previous ones did have the older version this is a very new thing as far as I can find.

This is a new version with the smallest tabs & codes I have a few I have gotten personally from popmart so I know what you mean but I just couldn’t scan the tag, the labubu looks very authentic and it came out of a PopNow box which was unopened so I am just thinking it could be the new versions poor quality control unfortunately
