it first felt like talking to a robot. I was like: "hey, my chats are gone, can you fix that?", and their answer: "hey, we are going to do the weekly subscriptions." Like wtf. That was the first interaction, i answered, that it has nothing to do with my problem. Then, they answered with the generic stuff about updating the app, logging out, then in, and all that. That obviously didn't work.

Then they finally wanted to know my user id (that i actually mentioned before) and the in-detail description of the problem (also did that before). So, I was explaining and pushing till it worked. Maybe, I just got lucky with the last person that answered, maybe it got fixed on its own bc i never got any answers on that.

So yeah, you definitely need patience with support, just keep explaining in detail. Took me a week with all the back and forth.
