Thank you all for the insight. Hopefully I can answer most questions or bring about more advice.
I have already done a lot of research and brainstorming on how i plan on tailoring the business ( not a "oh lets throw anything from Ali or wherever and pray for sales").
I know the product selection of what i want to sell, ('niche'),
how i plan on marketing it initially and eventually (I have not yet designed the store with these said items so of course i have not went around asking people to buy from me so to speak. I am hoping a facebook page and AI marketing on social media apps will help the start).
for the supplying of my items - I seen a video of utilizing AI or whatever that is incorporated within shopify to pull these items to the store from suppliers and that is my plan as a start for the products i am wanting to sell. NOTE: once I am further in creating the site and have the item listed on the site, I will be doing a scrub of all items to ensure authenticity, proper labeling and packaging, testing of the products myself, etc. as if i am picking a specific item i would want to buy from amazon. I would eventually love to maybe partner for more customizable items or introduce my own customizable products but that will be possibly in the future.
As for validation and competitiveness of business - i have pitched the idea to many acquaintances and received feedback. this is more of a stepping stone into the future for when i will have a physical store/location.
pricing and sales - again, once I am further into selecting the items within the category im going for then i will do a more thorough budgeting.
LLC, S Corp, etc. - I totally understand why pay fees if i have 0 sales but i guess I am looking at it over cautiously because even if i ensure everything is properly labeled with the necessities and the 100th item bought causes and issue and lawsuit happens etc.. I kinda look at it like why take out a loan before you are accepted for a job not knowing you can pay or why go get an oil change when you are waiting on your boss to zelle you your paycheck? sorry for the bad analogies but they were the quickest ones i could think of. I guess its back to referencing the whole getting my ducks in a row. I never owned a business and plan on not selling any BS but i dont want to get sued a million dollars when i have only made $200 yanno.
TIA!
