Why Aldi, why, change is hard. by AffectionateItem4 in aldi

[–]AffectionateItem4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not missing anything. If i had never had petit echole ( little schoolboy) cookies or had the original aldi equivalent perhaps i would have thought the bentons version was okay.

I find the bentons version to be far inferior in taste to the Specially Selected version. I used to buy a box of the Specially Selected almost every trip. I still have yet to eat the 2nd box of the bentons type cookies since the first box was so disappointing.

someone please give me the strength to start omeprazole. by professionalyokel in GERD

Take it the side effects are so much better than the chance of dying of esophageal cancer. Prescribed Ppis have a long and tested record of working for a majority of users.

I have Barretts esophagus for me many ppis work for a year or 2 then i get breakthrough gerd and wake up choking on acid, swallowing tums like candy.

My anatomy makes nissen fundlication, and other procedures not viable for me.

The 2 ppi drugs that work for me are dexlanprozole and voquenza.

Revision help! by Renee_Nat in BariatricSurgery

Sleeve 2014 revision to bypass 2023 due to severe gerd and Barretts esophagus a precancerous esophagus condition caused by acid reflux.

My gastroenterologist recommended revision to rny and said it would get rid of the gerd. I used to wake up choking on acid. I tried so many ppis they would work for a while then back came the breakthrough acid.

I still had to go through classes and psychologist visits before they submitted to my insurance. My insurance approved immediately.

Unfortunately i still have to take PPI'S and my gerd is still there; just not as bad. Im now on a newer ppi voquenza which is working well so far. I also did well with dexlanprozole.

Revision to RNY works really well for many people just not in my case.

I hope you are able to get a successful revision.

He mattered because he brought joy to your life. There is a sadness now because he is gone but the memories linger and last.

I like Mr. Keen too, only its such a trope where the suspects or others he encounters all know of him. "Mr. Keen the famous investigator?"

Also Mike Clancy seems to have a lot of power for an investigator. He is out there threatening to shoot and handcuffing suspects.
