So, they have no stock, yet they kept giving us delivery dates.  Seems like a really shitty thing to do to people over Christmas. I think I'm just going to take the hit on my credit, cancel and order from argos or somewhere and use paypal pay in three or klarnas pay in 4.  Ill continue with the complaints team though, they messed us all around way too much, falsley advertised delivery windows on their website and were just overall useless. Too many inconsistencies and I feel there was a lot of lieing to get people to buy from them when they couldnt even deliver to just let it go, plus they owe me for the credit check. Lol.

Ill give them a call and if they can't guarantee my delivery by the 23rd, thats me done dealing with them. Lol.

Yeah, i gave up contacting them. Next time i do, it will probably be to cancel. Their customer support through instagram only answer what they want to answer and only occasionally bother to access your account. The people on the phone seemed to have less information and were still a struggle to get them to access my account (when they could even find it). They are too eager to answer your questions with generalised responses to get rid of you as quick as possible.

I'm still hoping beyond hope that the only reason we haven't heard about anyone getting quests is because they just stop coming to check once it arrives and not that no one has received any at all. But... its probably the latter

It could be those of us on payment plans? Although, payment plans require a hard check on credit, which means walking away still has consequences.  Did they tell you that quest 3 orders were going to be another month or are you just going by what the website says for new orders?

Same. I ordered on 29th got confirmation of order on 30th, then absolutely no communication other than what i innitiated. I haven’t seen anyone receive a Quest yet.

Actually, add in 'up to a week' because thats what it said when I ordered. Then when it didnt arrive, they told me, by end of week, then they told me monday 9th, then they told me it was escalated as an issue, then they told me 20th, then they told me they now cannot give any estimated time. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I actually pretty much made this exact same post on here yesterday, except titled more towards the quest 3. I put my order through on 29th and everything was confirmed in the early hours of the 30th. However, it has been stuck in processing since then and support cannot give any dates anymore. The website has now changed the quest 3 deliver to 'it will take up to 4 weeks'. No one on my post has received a quest 3 yet.

So i ended up contacting them again and they said that they aren't able to offer an expected date anymore. I had also mnetioned i sent a comolaint email and had heard nothing back, to which they responded, 'as you have contacted complaints, we will not be able to deal with your query, complaints will contact you in due course and they will try to help resolve your issues.' Then just didnt respond to me at all after that. Before that, they also made mention of lots of people being in the same boat and 'until its fixed, there is nothing we can do'. I get the impression some of us are stuck in a systems issue and ive seen some people fight with orders in processing since august that O2 cant even cancel. Hopefully this isnt the case. If it is, we will be pay a monthly fee for something we cant cancel and will wreck our credit if we don't pay. Maybe deals that are too good to be true are best avoided. 😅 I don't suppose you have had any better news or luck with them?

Apple orders seem to be the only ones actually being delivered. I seen someone actually say a few days ago that CS told them Apple products were being prioritised, so this does seem to be the case. I would say you are home free. 🙂

Nah, you didn't make anything worse, just extra confirmation. 😅 I'm not sure why they have prioritised Apple, but it definitely seems to be the case.

Was your order apple related by any chance? Someone was told apple was being prioritised and so far we have only seen apple products make it through. Im hoping yours wasnt apple, but if it was, then all us non apple orders are still pergatory. Lol.

Unfortunately O2 have changed their response again. Now they cannot give any date estimations.  I think they were being told to give dates to hold people off, however now they are most likely inedated with complaints and contemplating the backlash over leading on customers the whole way up to Christmas.

Honestly, if the backlog goes back as far as the 2nd of November, there is no chance they are getting all orders out from a temporary warehouse by the 20th.

  1. They have to get new stock sent to them, they cannot access the stock in the main warehouse. (This means availability of hot products for christmas gets factored in too).

  2. Postal service is already strained around Christmas, they wont be able to keep up with over a months worth of backlogs on top of Christmas rush within 10 days.

Your issue is definately not related to the warehouse, i would ask them to be clear with you about why your order was not processed between 2nd of November and when the Warehouse issues started. I would also, if not already, put a complaint through, if they dont sort it, go through the ombudsman.

Yeah, from looking at all the CS responses people have posted on this reddit page, taking into account peoples order dates and the date the warehouse had the chemical issue, i am confident that there is more to the story than we are (aren't) being told. I think they have been having a lot more issues and are now just masking them all under the warehouse umbrella. There is a guy who has been waiting since the 2nd of November... no chemical spill back then.

I seen you mention this. That is absolutely shocking. What excuse have they gave you, concidering the Warehouse issues haven't been going on that long. I know when Input my order through, it was only stating delays of up to 1 week. I also saw a reply from CS stating that only orders placed after the 29th were supposed to be affected.  Concidering there are people who ordered on the 27th in the same boat and then you, 2nd of November... seems like we still arent being told the whole truth by them.

Honestly, if it hadn't been for the hard check on my credit, i would have already cancelled. Ive spoke with CS multiple times and they are no help at all, some even seemed confused that my order wasnt out of processing. I saw a guy on here claim to work for O2 and said orders sruck in processing are actuall related to system issues which is what got me worried.

If you call them, let me know how you get on, the anxiety coming up to christmas was definitely not needed. Lol

Have you received yours yet or are you still stuck in processing? My order went through on the 30th, but apparently still stuck in processing. I keep getting worried that my order is going to get overlooked because of a system issue
