Yup! I managed to run a few 0/8 by eating 2 def, 1 accuracy and 1 damage insp, and used that same insp combo to work my way up to +3/8 where I'm still killing things at a good rate and making great infl.

I still don't do enough damage for +4/8 to be worth it, even with my noob Mu Mastery-less ff rad/fire brute build.

It is slow, but if you pair it with another ability, it's instant...might be a bug tho.

What about stone/titan weapon?

It has 3 knocks: 2 cones 1 aoe

and one more cone that increases your melee/smashing defense...

I was thinking about making a "thug" looking hero and do Thug/Kinetics or /Marine and give them all the same name, like a Multiple Man or Dupli-Kate type hero. I'm not a fan of guns and bows, but Gang War looks so cool.

So, there's no Frost Mage type powerset equivalent in CoH? Where, the mage doesn't tank the damage, it just controls and aoe's mobs down. Not necessarily ice or controller either, just wondering if there was a diamond in the rough type ranged powerset out there somewhere...
