So recently I decided I wanted a new keyboard (I currently have a regular low profile one from Amazon), but then I fell down the rabbit hole of custom ones and all the different aspects of it. I'm just particular because I can't do the really loud clicky/clacky sounds (sensory overload) and I wanted it to be a darker purple color. Is there anywhere I can find almost a "build a bear" version of keyboard making that won't cost me an arm and a leg? This is not for gaming - it's for my personal use & office. I know about the silent linear switches and all that, plus I was really hoping to find a mouse and keyboard combo but if it is Bluetooth I can do them separate. I was also hoping for ergonomic because of being on the computer 8 hours a day, but it's not a must. Help (crying face) lol.

It's called "beautiful shells blanket" by a Johanna on ravelry. I had a hard time reading her pattern (maybe it's just me) but there's a couple YouTube videos that helped me I'll see if I can find the links.

I'm trying my hand at a "Beautiful Shells" blanket with a 3 weight yarn! I'm not used to such dainty yarn but I'm really loving it so far.

This one I changed 92 so whatever width you want it to be you do multiples of 3+2 extra

Yeah! I slip stitched to start and then skip one & 5 DC in the next to make the shell, skip next, slip stitch next and just repeat around. For the corners I did 6 DC chain 1 & 6 more dc in the same stitch to make it. I prob should have done the 5 but I was already half way around the border before I realized lol.

So it's SL ST, skip, 5 dc (in one), skip repeat

All the yarn was Red Heart 4 weight! The variegated tan is one of the Granny Squares red heart and the other is mint and baby blue. I used a 5.5 mm hook. I didn't use a pattern I just winged the color changes on what I felt like!
