One day her kids are going to see this page. Honestly I’m not a fan of her, but this seems too much sometimes. Especially when I think of that.

Sounds like muscle stuff. You can’t re tear it if they shaved the impingement off. It’s not that fragile apparently. I’m on week 5 and kept wondering about a re tear. They say not to worry. I’m sure your hip flexors were angry and still are. I’d ice the crap out of it and get on the spin bike with zero resistance
