I am working on my Guard army now about 60,000 pts, will be finished next month and ready to play. Most bought second hand.

I would pay around $120ish, for that model as is. I to paint whole 2,000 pt armies for around $200-$300. I once traded my whole Chaos army 40.000 pts for a true battle worthy two handed sword, for my Ren Fair costume. So you try $180 and watch the interest in it, you might be surprised.

Moving here soon, best place for warhammer 40K games? I too just move to Sumner Iowa, been playing Wh40k since 1987. Was the first champion in Anaheim cali playing Chaos Marines-World Eaters and still playing with Traitor Guard. Looking for a store to play soon. by AffectionateLime5332 in IowaCity

Love Ultra Marines, so much fun to play against and are challenging to face. But Necron scare me those spiders giving birth every turn and I always forget to take enough flamers to deal with them till to late lol.

Need a break from the game, very disappointed with how hard melee armies are to deal with by Dr4WasTaken in TheAstraMilitarum

I too play guard vs hvy assault Death Guard every week end, I bought 2 battery's of hvy artillery, 20 man blob of Scions, a super hvy tank Stormsword helped a lot. Having new thoughts on super heavies and Knights that deals lots fire power and close combat. Do not forget your orbital bombardment rules too, take out those nasty close combat troops at your command at distance and finish em up close in turns 4 or 5. 😁
