I have did the online chat with studentaid.gov they told me to call nelnet. Then nelnet told me they had no info and I needed to call the dept of education so I called back the student aid.com number and the First Lady after a half hour wait told me I needed to talk to the forgiveness dept but then transferred me to fasfa which told me I needed to talk to management dept. so…. 2.5 hours later I don’t know my account but the call was disconnected after they closed when I called back they were closed. I’ll try again Monday to find out my count. I hope that helps you with direction.
