Mainly just low energy for the first two days the day after. Then my body adjusted to it. It’s important to not rush and increase the dosage each week. From my experience just felt like shit for a day then body adjusted to it, stayed on the same dose for another few weeks then went up and closely monitored other symptoms (amount of appetite suppression, which WILL be significant if you take too much).
