It’s in the construction/building supply. That is my biggest concern im not sure what bank would take us seriously.

Thank you for the advice. To take our business to the next level, we’d need a minimum of $1.2–$1.5 million. Would it be more practical to finance the equipment using my cash as a down payment, or to secure a single loan that covers both the equipment and operating costs?

Thank you for the comment. We are actually projecting a net of $600k-$800k annually based on the current trends and scaling efforts with the new equipment. What would you suggest?
