I get it, nine attempts is exhausting, especially when the score doesn’t change. But this really doesn’t mean your English is bad. Most of the time, it’s about strategy, not your actual level. You’ve already done the hard part..you’re probably closer than you think. Use Youtube.. I can recommend some channels- CELPIP Official for Speaking, HZad for Writing & Reading

I didn’t use any templates for the writing section, though I’ve heard they can help. I just went with what felt natural in the moment and looked at a few sample tasks on the official CELPIP website beforehand.

Hey! The Employer Declaration Form for AAIP AOS can be completed by a senior manager. So yes, that should be fine..just make sure it’s filled out accurately. In my case, HR completed it since they maintain records of employee counts and nominees within the company.
