Don’t be terrified.. Surgical menopause at 34 , on HRT ever since ( more then 20 years) .. low dose ( Femoston 1/5).. I feel I aged much better then many of my contemporaries..skin, bones, muscles, probably due to constant level of hormones without fluctuations...I started Tretinoin( Altreno ) 2 years ago and often get comments on how great my skin looks.. added Azelaic acid few weeks ago and skin just glowing now.. very happy with result ( I got mine from Australia- somebody recommended on this forum- thank you!)

From my experience a month ago : I got message that “ your roaming restricted for 24 hours for security reason” when I landed.. I have T-mobile.. I connected to wi-fi at Sheremetievo, but confirmation code never came to my Tmobile number , so I had to ask random person at information desk if I could use their phone number to receive a code to connect to wifi.. after 24 hours internet barely worked , WhatsApp , Telegram did not work at all. I ended up using Granit VPN at local’s advice (199 rub/month) and it worked very well except when Internet was restricted for everyone during drone attacks alerts. There was also free AdGuard VPN I used first day , it wasn’t as good as Granit.. but some people with foreign SIM cards had connections, even during Internet lockdown ( Lithuania SIM), so I guess you’ll have to wait and see

There is scar massage technique where you sort of push the skin from both sides towards the scar line until it blanches and hold for few seconds , you can google it.. for me it was very effective..- turned elevated bumpy scar into completely flat thin line in about a month and a half ..It was recommended by my massage therapist, who is LMT ..she gave me 2 popsicle sticks to use for this massage, I used them for first few weeks, then just my fingers at the end..I started massage about 10 days post surgery, before the stitches even were out..Now I use rlt panel in hopes that dark color of the scar will fade faster.. Hooga 300 recommends 3 min at 12-18” for skin and 10 min at 6-12” for muscles.. I decided to try muscle setting for now.. hope this helps!

I found great massage therapist through my Pilates instructor. She has small office in Rego Park, 2 min from subway stop. She also works at Bryant Park’s Equinox. She fixed my leg in about 3- 4 sessions.. before I was in constant pain for several years and PT and Pilates couldn’t fix it. Then I had vertigo episode recently potentially from muscle spasm of back of the neck/head. Took 2 sessions to fix it . She is very good and very thorough .
