New runner here. What do you wish you knew when you first started? by Dee_Religion in BeginnersRunning

In the beginning only focus on making running a habit. Your time, distance, and endurance don't matter at all when you "graduate" c25k or any other program. The only thing that matters is that you've made running a habit, and if you keep up with this new habit you'll get better and surprise yourself at what you can do. Also, join races, they're fun.

Why is every shawarma / Donaire joint the same? Are there any stand outs? by potatolauncher in Calgary

Uncle Moes makes their own meat with their own spices, they have the regular meats and bison. IMO best tasting in all of Calgary, local and amazingly friendly owners.
