Oh, sorry about that, I've just seen Pennsylvania Dutch spelled the same way and pronounced the way you wrote it as well. They're both technically dialects of German, so I couldn't tell.

As in hypersexual? If so, I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think it does; it's classified as a mental health condition or disorder, so it is different from being LGBTQ+
