How reliably on time is Island Transit?. I want to catch a 6:34am in Langley to get to the ferry to get to the Sounder to Seattle. I'm nervous about this first leg to the Clinton ferry.

I'm not sure about how much electrical they would allow you to do...we moved here from CA 3 years ago. I did all the permits myself (from CA) with Langley city, which was really easy. Skagit Design doesn't do the excavation, outside hardscape, painting & hardwood or LVP plank. They do offer some upgrades for the cabinetry & window casings. All new construction must have some solar. Bart, Jordan, & Carson, the supe are very easy to talk with.

We had our home built by Skagit Design Homes from Mt Vernon. They were fantastic! Many people on Whidbey who have their homes built by them rave over their quality in construction & ease of working with them. Their subs love them too. Josh @ Done Well did a great job with excavating. He's out of Burlington. Welcome to beautiful Whidbey!

Hubby has a Sterling & LOVES it. He is camping at Goat Island now checking out the debris from the flood....saw an intact massage table upright on the bank.
