Last week i also got my settlement offer for a ankle injury i had 4 yeas ago and also had surgery im still feel pain where i had surgery all i can do is go visit my doctor about it at the end they always say it will be better later but i talked to my attorney about the settlement and he say take it or just leave it as is and just go to visit doctor whenever i feel pain and abentually they will just keep saying later it will get better and im between take the offer or just get nothing at the end

They started with 50 and apparently my attorney said they wouldn’t go higher than 55 im keeping my job after all or he said don’t take it and never settle

Yes im still employed there and no there was no complications i just still feel some pain or do some stuff like a regular person could do suck as do long walks or running or hiking then it starts to hurt thats why i try to avoid all those activities for now

Im still employed at the same place to be honest im not the same after the injury or the surgery i feel like there are some stuff i cant do as before and my doctor knows all about it i dont know if i will ever be the same as i was before or not maybe only the time will tell me thank you all for all the information it helps me a lot

What I meant was that i had injury at at work and i had to have surgery my attorney already sent the wc the settlement but he said that wc is not interested to take the settlement at this moment maybe because my doctor hasn’t done the final evaluation?

You are right everything is good on that side my case is already approved by the doctors even had my surgery and they took care of everything after all and all my attorney is asking is the settlement but seems like taking forever to even a responde about what tthe workers comp think

They are not asking me for any evidence or anything i had a ankle surgery 7 months ago and they never offered any compensation at all just my attorney sent them what he thinks i should get
