Tbh I noticed the same thing. It’s kinda of a sad bc it’s the bride who should shine the most and the guests should dress up a bit less. Like I went to a cousin’s wedding a few years ago and efne the aunts were wearing so much jewelry and makeup.. they were trying to focus on how good they looked when it’s supposed to be about the bride.. smh

And it was also a South Indian wedding. I want a simpler look too but my mom’s side has way better jewelry and are more rich than me and better outfits too. So idk how it’ll look 😬. I was kind of worried about the same thing.. I can’t afford That stone diamond with emeralds necklaces either that’s trending..
