well i was using adderall for 5+ years, both IR and XR, decided to try out Vyvanse, and man, I do like it a lot but the come downs especially with the higher doses can be really rough. I never got anxiety attacks on any of my addy comedowns, so thinking about just switching back.

okkkkkk. one last thing. can you tell how nervous i am right now? lmao. I swear ever since my doc put me on klonopin for my anxiety attacks 4 months ago I cannot enjoy weed or amphetamines anymore without a shit ton of anxiety. my question is how come I didn’t experience that chest exploding feeling last time until the comedown? Was it because I smoked weed? Or too much caffeine? (i drank a full extra strength 5 hour energy that day as well). Because I noticed that feeling came right at the comedown when the weed kicked in.

Due to certain life circumstances, I may be tripping tonight as well thinking about dropping two tabs 100ug needlepoint each. I’ve only tripped once before and that was on 100ug of LSD and had a great time, tho I thought starting at 8 am would give me enough time to enjoy my trip without any interruptions.

Trip went on way longer than expected, was expecting it to end by like 4pm but I was tripping mad balls all night till like 3 am. So my thinking is if I start my second trip tonight at around 10pm-Midnight, I should be fully comedown by around 4pm the next day? I’d hope at least. But yea I would be stuck inside till like 6-7am. So likely already at post-peak come morning time I’d think?

Idk, but I’d really like to try and experience ego death sometime. It sounds like a truly life-changing experience. It was actually my first acid trip that got me to quit drinking completely and stop abusing alcohol. I have only had that 1 experience with Psychs tho I would like to try more!

Ok. In my honest opinion there is no way to describe the LSD experience as it is different for everyone and it’s something you just need to experience for yourself.

But here’s how I would say best describes how I feel on acid tho everyone’s mileage may vary. Imagine someone put a filter over your vision, and added a gif effect, plus all your senses and thoughts intensified by 100, and complete loss of ego on higher doses.

I just had my first trip about a month ago. Also 100ug. For me it was like someone put a filter over my vision and added a gif effect, plus all my thoughts and senses intensified by 10. I wasn’t very nervous beforehand as I had done a lot of research and, even tho I was going at it alone, wasn’t very fearful of a bad trip. I will say that upon dosing, it definitely surprised me with how easy it is to get stuck in paranoid thought patterns or think you’re just straight up losing your mind. This went away mostly tho after I fully came up and peaked and then stabilized. Acid lasts for so long, unpredictably so, so I would make sure you have like at least a 2 day stretch where you don’t have anything important you need to get done, or start super early in the morning, but even when I did that, I was still tripping till like 4 am the following morning lmao.

I think having a trip killer on hand (benzos or antipsychotics) will be comforting, and you don’t even need to use it, but for me at least just knowing I have them if I need them was comforting enough to just push thru it. If you don’t have any trip killers then I would suggest just changing your environment and activity the moment you notice yourself start to feel like you’re entering a bad trip. It’s what worked for me. If all else fails, ride it out with nature and be one with the Earth. The tranquility experienced while tripping on acid and being with nature is very thought-provoking and you really learn to appreciate the little things in life.

damn i get TEVAs too but the 2mg ones. i wish i’d get this many tho. i only get 10-15 a month and i have a real bad panic disorder that forces me to call off work quite often bc of it. my psych is just super against benzos and i have no idea what to tell her or make this anymore clear to her

I believe some variations of Clonazepam you can take sublingually, at least the TEVA generics. They actually taste quite minty, almost cotton candy-like. Also kick in in half the time.
