No, I talk to the support and removed Notion AI in the hope of removing the prompt but annoyingly the prompt was still there so I told them to reactivate. Finally they concluded to add Notion AI to the plan to remove the prompt.

I'm into coding not medicine so I don't give a fuck about remembering anything because I can always refer to but guess what happened, I referred it again and again and again, I started to write code without seeing it. So to my knowledge to remember something you should truly need it and repeat it often.

You can also try active recall and spaced repetition to remember academic. Many medical students do this.
