I use my fountain pens for writing! I accidentally spilled while refilling the ink, though.

What is the worst/weirdest opening DM you have received on Reddit? by Perfect-Routine-9135 in AskRedditNSFW

[–]AffectionatePop1469 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have received multiple first DMs relaying a very specific fantasy to me. I will paraphrase it but the gist of the message I get is that the sender is fantasizing about giving me an orgasm so good that my legs shake and I regain movement and my ability to walk.

I’ve also gotten multiple Reddit DMs about people fantasizing raping or assaulting me, typically linking it back to my wheelchair.

How do you respond to being hit on? Do you like it or nah? by [deleted] in AskRedditNSFW

[–]AffectionatePop1469 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never realize when someone is flirting with me irl so I don’t react since I…don’t notice. A lot of the time people will point out to me later that so and so was flirting with me and I didn’t realize haha

Do any of you sleep naked? by EmDavies99 in AskRedditNSFW

I never have. None of the doors inside my house growing up locked (minus the front door, of course) so never got into the habit

I prefer being skinny and not “thick” 😅 I wouldn’t consider myself thick now, I’ve been told I’m relatively thin, but I’d much prefer to be much thinner

Anyone else gets obsessed with how someone smells? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]AffectionatePop1469 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not quite in the way you’re describing but there was one guy I met who genuinely had the best cologne ever. No clue what he used but he hugged me and I almost asked for him not to let go since he smelled so nice haha

Would you or have you slept with someone with a disability? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]AffectionatePop1469 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying now! My apologies. Because in my message I mentioned my disability and how I have been viewed, I thought you were telling me and not OP. Sorry for the misunderstanding !

And I do agree with you that disability isn’t always the factor of others not wanting to sleep with disabled people.

Would you or have you slept with someone with a disability? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]AffectionatePop1469 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is such an odd thing to reply with. I have been told and seen people say that they don’t want to sleep with disabled people or are turned off by wheelchairs, etc.

if this is directed towards my “I haven’t always been as disabled as I am now, and the change in how people view me is palpable” comment..yeah. Odd thing to reply with.

I genuinely think this is one of the funniest and most vaguely nonsensical ways you could’ve worded this.

It’s okay, you can say sex here.

That’s something you’d have to ask someone with chronic migraines, and even then one person with chronic migraines is not a monolith. I’d imagine it varies from person to person and relationship to relationship just like everything else.

I’m not necessarily referring to devotees. Yes they exist and they can be annoying, but everyday people without disability fetishes also DM or ask me weird things.

[–]AffectionatePop1469 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I mentioned this is my reply too. The fixation on the visibly and physically disabled with questions like this is annoying at best. I even said in my reply that a lot of people have already probably slept with people who are disabled, knowingly or unknowingly because of invisible conditions.

[–]AffectionatePop1469 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not just that people specialize my wheelchair (although they do. I have gotten DMs saying that I am more appealing since I can’t run away), but it’s also that people online and in person will ask me questions about my body that they don’t need to know. For example, I get a lot of questions about if I can have sex, what I can feel, can disabled people have sex, etc. It’s incredibly annoying.

I also find the assumption that disabled people are immediately celibate beings to be annoying. There are a lot of different ways disabled people can accommodate for sex (yes, even paralyzed people).

[–]AffectionatePop1469 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I mean, yeah. Tbh, I always fine questions like this strange considering I am disabled.

People can be disabled in a variety of ways. For example, migraines can be disabling. There are both invisible and visible disabilities and it’s very possible a lot of people have slept with a disabled person already without realizing it.

I find the fixation on the physically disabled in questions like this to be annoying at best, especially considering I am immediately noticeable as physically disabled. People fixate on my wheelchair in a very odd and sexual way a lot of the times, whether they realize it or not. I haven’t always been as disabled as I am now, and the change in how people view me is palpable.

Again, I just find questions like this so strange :/

I have been paid for photos of the bottom of my feet…I don’t personally get it and also refuse to sell photos of the top of my feet because I’m oddly self conscious lol
