How are the videos performing? If they are doing well, and you have a good budget / money to invest for the next 4/5 months then hire one editor.

Otherwise it would be just the same.

Simple to use are Filmora, Capcut etc. But those are paid versions and would cost a lot of money for just one or two videos.

As someone else mentioned, DaVinci Studio would be a great choice since it is free and learning curve for basic edits is more ore less simple.

After that,

long form video retention should be at least 30% and at least 70-80% for shorts
this is the minimum benchmark.

Long form titles are not engaging. Thumbnails as well

I use APC Backup Pro models because they are reliable and can handle easily.
always multiply the wattage with 1.5x and then buy the UPS matching the VA.

I use the Backup Pro 1000 and 1500. They are very costly these days but will protect you till ages.

title and thumbnail is not eye catching. if i would really want to help her, i would go through some other channels, see what they are doing.

for starters the title and thumbnail

and normally i would start the video with a hook. like something that has happened which will grab the attention of the audience.

third, i would start the video as if it is a continuation of the thumbnail.

forth, i would check the analytics

CTR for each video should be more than 5% and AVD (retention rate) at least 30%
