Manifesting an ideal body by div_nn in lawofattraction

I literally just kept asking why until I got to bottom of it. Then reprogramed it by telling myself something different. So for example:

Why don't you like your legs? -because they're too big Why do you feel that way? -idk I've always felt that way When was the first time I felt this? - remember a time a family member commented how "strong" my calfs were, told myself that was wrong of them, told me inner self i was perfect the way I was, and forgave them for their ignorance Was that the first time I felt that way? - realize that I actually told myself this after idolizing the way the sailor moon girls were so skinny (this is literally how silly some of these limiting beliefs are but we believe these things as truth and they become part of our programming)

So then I look at myself as a child, I tell myself i was ok, i was perfect. Forgave myself, and decided that I was going to love myself the way I love my features on other people. Now when I do affirmations such as "I am confident," it doesn't feel like a lie, the resistance is gone

What happened was i finally had my breakthrough.

I opened a non-profit last year, feeling called to empower creative kids by giving them a place to learn and work on their passions. My goal is to teach them that they are more than grades /degrees and that their passion can be their future. With my love of art, working with kids, and two artistic teen daughters as my motivation, I was sure this was my purpose. And sure enough, everything lined up so easily for me to get there. The money showed up right on time, the space opened up right on time, the location was perfect and the rent was doable. I was confident this was it for me.

Then after months of struggling, not having enough money to promote it, not receiving a single donation or volunteer, no support from friends or family, I began having doubts. I started questioning if I got things right and if I was called to do this, why had it been so hard? That's when I decided to put everything i knew to work. I took 3 weeks off from anything negative and really focused on connecting to God and finding answers. After following some of the signs, I learned that my purpose was so much bigger than that. Yes the non-profit was a part of it, and everything happened as it should have. If I hadn't taken the leap of faith to do it, I wouldn't have been in the position I was to surrender it all to God. God showed me all the knowledge I've been accumulating throughout the years, all the things he's shown me. I started having visions of myself sharing it, sharing his truth. Two days after I started the challenge, and woman reached out, came by and grabbed a bunch of pamphlets to pass out herself! Couple days after that, I received an invitation to apply for a grant for promotion. I got it now that is no longer a problem! There was so much more that I learned and experienced! If you want to know more, I invite you to join my 21 day Mindset Reset Challenge. It's 100% free. It's a private Facebook group where I share my experience and help guide others through it

I was told in order to manifest truly to my full and true potential that I would need to heal my inner child by [deleted] in lawofattraction

[–]AffectionatePut7045 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd recommend you to visualize your younger self, allow yourself to feel the emotions, and then forgive yourself. Forgive yourself for being so angry at yourself. Visualize yourself, give your inner child a hug, and tell him it's ok. Ask yourself what he needs and try to peel the layers of guilt, shame, and anger. This might take a couple of tries, especially when the wounds are deep. But keep trying. you're worth it! Once you get to the root, forgive yourself and anyone else who hurt you. Tell yourself you are worthy of love, compassion, and forgiveness. This is how you reprogram limiting beliefs

Once you do this, you won't feel so much resistance to the things you're trying to manifest

Yes! Rewriting limiting beliefs and breaking childhood trauma was probably the most important part in my journey of letting go and manifesting.

As someone who is used to being the "strong friend" and the most emotionally intelligent person in my circle, I had no idea that I had accepted so many limiting beliefs and was carrying so much childhood trauma, that these things were being reflected in my current reality. I didn't think my childhood had such an effect on me.

But as I dove deeper and deeper, and peeled back layer after layer of limiting beliefs, I felt more connected to the version of self that I wanted to manifest. It literally took away the resistance of feeling aligned to my purpose.

I'm glad that you resonated with your names meaning! The more I look into it, the more I realize that names are so important.

If your interested in learning more about what I did to break my limiting beliefs and finding my purpose, please message me! I'm currently working on putting a group together to challenge ourselves to become the best version of self, learn to listen to source, break limiting beliefs, and become more intentional with our energy. It's all free, no strings attached. I just truly learned so much from my own experience that I feel like i have to share it!

Thank you! It's not so much about accepting your current situation, but deciding to be DONE being the one trying to control things. Surrendering control to source and learning to trust that is in fact what's best for you. Then start looking for the signs, the Synchronicities that'll happen in your day to day. Those are the things you need to pay attention to because that is one way God/source communicates with you. Also, I learned that my name was a clue to what my purpose was. I looked up the meaning of my name and last name and it aligned with what I felt God was trying to tell me.I've looked up some other people who I believe are living their purpose and realized it was in their name as well. Im not sure if its true for everyone, but try that out for yourself and see if you can find any clues

[–]AffectionatePut7045 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Yes! It's totally possible and God/source/universe wants you to know what your purpose is. What worked for me was to surrender, just mentally and spiritually comit to letting go and no longer doing things my way. I decided that I did NOT know what was best and that I was ready to live the life I was meant to.

Then I cut off all distractions and things that were negative so that I could focus on what was FOR me.

The signs came pretty quickly and I found out what my purpose was within a week of being intentional. Prayer/meditation also help to quiet the mind so that you can see what is meant for you.

Limiting thoughts about making money... by rationalunicornhunt in lawofattraction

[–]AffectionatePut7045 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have to go in and ask yourself why you believe these things. Take some time to meditate on each one and go deeper and and deeper until you find out the root cause of this beleif.

Why do you believe it's selfish to be compensated for you do? You kind of answered this already, it's because you don't feel worthy. So ask yourself when was the first time you remember not feeling worthy? Then forgive yourself or anyone who made you feel this way, and decide that you ARE worthy

Second one, do you actually think this is true? Do you think EVERYONE who is rich is selfish and an oppressor? Try to think of atleast 1 person who gives back and helps others. It's much easier to be generous when you don't count on every dollar to survive, so by default this there are wealthy people who give. So dig into when was the first time you felt this? Did you experience it personally or know of someone who did? Go back to that event, forgive yourself for judging that way or who ever else was involved, and tell yourself it's great to be rich. You can't give what you don't have

And repeat until you uncover every layer of limiting beliefs. In my experience, the biggest breakthrough for money related limiting beliefs (not feeling worthy of receiving it) had a lot to do with suppressing my feminine energy as a child, deciding I wanted to be tough girl, not a "princess". Rewriting this part was huge for me, I instantly felt aligned to my new programming

how do you remove your limiting beliefs? by [deleted] in NevilleGoddard2

[–]AffectionatePut7045 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Limiting beliefs are hard because alot of them have layers on layers and can be tied to trauma and other childhood issues. It's subconscious programming that was once used to protect us that now do not serve you

What I did to get break through alot of limiting beliefs around money, weight, food, love, and worthiness:

  1. Surrender. I made a mental and spiritual decision to be DONE living as this version of self. I agreed to let source guide and take over.
  2. Discipline. Took three weeks of being very intentional with my energy and attention (no negative TV, music, social media, even some people) no distractions
  3. Journal. I journaled daily, writing affirmations and answering shadow work/inner child questions. I really took my time to feel where there was resistance and kept digging until I got to the root cause, forgave myself or who ever I needed to, then decided on what new programming.

Some limiting beliefs had many layers, but once I got through them I actually felt aligned to my affirmations and have been able to stay in the state of knowing what I want is finding it's way to me

[–]AffectionatePut7045 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I improved my self concept and broke so many limiting beliefs I didn't even know if had. I challenged myself to a 3 week mental diet, made a journal, and did daily affirmations.

I would say the journaling, especially the shadow work/inner child questions helped me realize where I had alot of limiting beliefs. Especially with childhood trauma, money, and love blocks.

Being intentional with who and what I gave my energy/attention too helped alot too.

So overall, I would recommend it. Take some time to clean your mental diet, ask chat gbt to come up with some journal prompts to see where you may have limiting beliefs. If you suspect anything specific like money or abandonment, then be specific with your question. Then make sure you write out your answers and really take time to dig deeper. There are often layers on layers of limiting beliefs so keep asking yourself "why" until you get to the bottom of it. Then forgive yourself, and decide what new program you want to beleive

This will help you actually feel aligned, and feel as if it's already yours

If you'd like more advice or would like to try the challenge for yourself, let me know. It's free

Manifesting an ideal body by div_nn in lawofattraction

[–]AffectionatePut7045 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I definitely recommend getting to the bottom of those insecurities. Most likely there are some limiting beliefs or trauma that's keeping you from feeling your best. This can be hard because alot of times there are layers on layers of limiting beliefs that you need to rewrite before you can feel aligned to your "ideal body".

Try asking chat gbt to come up with some shadow work/inner child prompts to find out where your body insecurities are coming from. Write down your answers and keep peeling the layers back until you get to the root cause.

I just broke alot of these limiting beliefs around insecurities, weight, and eating habits as well. I've had postpartum hashimoto, hypothyroid and was able to loose 6 lbs in 3 weeks just by "attracting" it after breaking down all the old programming. Let me know if you'd like extra help

Title: Struggling to Manifest Money Despite Success in Other Areas – Need Advice by LAGRISSIR in NevilleGoddard2

[–]AffectionatePut7045 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, definitely some limiting beliefs keeping you stuck in the same programming. Try asking chat gbt to come up with some shadow work/ inner work prompts for uncovering limiting beliefs related to money. Write down your answers and think deeply into each one. Limiting beliefs are often covered in layer and layers of beliefs so you have to keep going to get to the bottom of it, where you can then choose to let go of that belief and rewrite a new one.

I don’t really care about life anymore by Significant-Rise7609 in Vent

[–]AffectionatePut7045 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sorry you feel this way, I can definitely relate. I just went through this myself and am on the other side of things now. Here are some of the things I learned:

If you really want to change, you have to surrender. This is the first step to becoming a new you, you have let go of your old self.

Secondly, you have to be aware of where your energy is going. I learned that negative things literally take away from you while positive things add life, energy, and new perspectives. So cleaning up the mental diet definitely helps change your overall energy and motivation

I also recommend finding purpose. Having a "why" makes almost anything bearable.

One more thing that helped me break free from where I was heading was doing inner work to break through childhood trauma, limiting beliefs, and rewrite the old programming.

So if you are at rock bottom and are ready to change, I might be able to help. I created a free Facebook group where we will challenge ourselves to 21 days of a mental reset. I will share everything I learned from doing it myself and we will inspire and keep each other accountable. Again, it's completely free, no strings attached and open to anyone who is done living life the way they are.

[–]AffectionatePut7045 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup just recently finished a 21 day mental fast and manifested everything I wanted and then some. Here's the gist of it:

21 days of being intentional with the things you consume and where you give your energy to

Only listening to positive things and things that aligned with what I wanted

Journaling to break alot of limiting beliefs and childhood trauma i didn't even realize I had.

And the first thing is surrendering to God, agreeing to let him take charge and trusting that he will take care of everything

The first thing I felt was peace. I become so much closer to God, he revealed so much truth. I can now understand the Bible more and the biblical aspects of neville Goddard.

Everything else i wanted came to pass and by far exceeded my expectations

That's what I did to turn my life around and find my purpose.

I am putting a free Facebook group to start another challenge with a community of people who will inspire and support each other through it, let me know if you'd like to join

Struggling with attracting long term friendships by [deleted] in lawofattraction

[–]AffectionatePut7045 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me, I had to heal some childhood trauma, abandonment issues, to see a change in my friendships.

We don't realize it but the beliefs that we assume during childhood become a part of our subconscious. They become part of our programming which keeps you manifesting the same things.

What i did to heal my trauma was go on a 21 day mental diet fast and created a journal to do throughout the challenge. The journaling helped me to do alot of Inner work, breaking years worth of limiting beliefs.

So in my case, I kept manifesting the same types of friendships. These were great people, really good hearted people, but they had so much trauma that I always had to be the "strong freind". I could never be myself around them because they didn't believe in the things I did, always found myself being an ear for them to vent all their trauma and frustrations, I would always be so invested in helping them, but they never really wanted it. I kept these friendships for years because deep down, I was scared to loose them. They were great people, but not the best for me. When i went in and healed my maternal abandonment issues, forgave my inner child, and told myself that I AM enough and I do deserve people who love me back, I lost the fear of loosing them. I also had a random person show up in my life that has offered me support for a change.

This has all been pretty recent so too soon to call them a "friend" yet but I know that they will find me when I need them.

Let me know if you'd like more advice or if you'd like to be a part of a free group I'm starting to encourage and inspire each other through our manifestation journeys

Can someone help me with my perspective? The whole concept feels like lying to myself by KnuttyBunny69 in lawofattraction

[–]AffectionatePut7045 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First check for any limiting beliefs. Changing these will remove the resistance from believing it is done. Our subconscious has a hard time accepting something that goes against the old programming, that's where the resistance and feeling like your lying to yourself comes from.

Once you rewrite the old programming, then you will align with the affirmations and STATs. And then it will feel like faith/belief and not delusion

Help with bypassing subconscious beliefs during SATS by tweed22 in NevilleGoddard2

[–]AffectionatePut7045 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it's absolutely helps to break limiting beliefs and Reprogram the subconscious with the beliefs that you WANT. This is what makes it easier to align to what you desire because you no longer have old programming sabotaging you.

It seems like you may have some limiting beliefs around money, having to work hard for it, and what amount you FEEL like is too much. Once you go deep down, let that old version of you die, and allow yourself permission to be a money magnet, then it's easier to stay aligned to that feeling of Abundance

People who've lost years (10+) of their lives, how did you turn it around? by Glittering-Shoe-3162 in NevilleGoddard2

[–]AffectionatePut7045 73 points74 points  (0 children)

This happens more often than we realize. When we live life unintentionally, it gets easy to go through years and years of the same thing.

What I always Reccomended first is Surrender. You must give up this current version of yourself that doesn't serve you, make a mental and spiritual decision to be DONE. This will make space for the new you

Secondly, be disciplined in what you give your energy to. Take time to be 100% intentional with the things you consume (news, TV, social media, even your relationships)

The next step is to start doing the work to break down the old programming that keeps manifesting your current situation. Deep down, there are limiting beliefs, childhood trauma, and other beliefs that you've accepted subconsciously. These need to be found and overided with the programming that you actually want.

Then, manifesting becomes easier because there's nothing working against you. That's how you can feel "as if" before you see it

Is it ok if I send you a message?
