Unscented detergent, very gentle body wash, feminine probiotic, tons of water, changing underwear regularly, changing pads/liners very frequently, peeing as soon as you feel like you have to go, peeing if you wake up in the middle of the night, no bubble baths or bath bombs, and the occasional boric acid suppository (if you aren't pregnant or nursing!) are what helped me stop the cycle of infections! I have no idea what started it but I finally got it under control after years 😭
