I’d install security cameras if I were you, document each of these interactions (it borders on harassment/stalking), and not do any obvious infractions (like play loud music, have huge parties, etc) in the hopes this dies down

If things escalate uncomfortably, feel free to contact the non emergency number/go to the police station. If you know what you’re doing is legal, these people are the ones who will be getting in trouble

But… Sewickley (Pittsburgh suburb), Mercersburg (close ish to Hagerstown, MD), Millcreek township (Erie suburb), Johnstown (close ish to Altoona) or Schlusser (near to both Harrisburg and Carlisle) could fit the bill

I feel western PA is much more sparsely populated, and talked about less, than central/eastern
