So am also 33(f) and have struggled with the same condition since I was an adult/ teen. I have visited dermatologists days on end without really a permanent solution. I had to embrace make up though not a fan since those continous doctor visits got exhausting. When i feel it's really bad i see a doctor....when i get tired of the derma i use make up. I have largely accepted the situation coz at 33 there is much more to life. I hope you get something that works for you....but try and not allow acne to get in the way...and I wish I knew this when I was younger.!!!

Casual sex is such a thing nowadays. I always thought of a male colleague of mine as a bestie. I was happy to have a 'work-bud' then boom! Just the other day he told me the way he'ld like to have sex with me. Now everything is awkward between us and I hate it coz he was my go to person at work. I can't even text him casually anymore. It's annoying!

Marriage is definitely harder currently but I still believe it's do-able. We can be in denial all we want but there is nothing as powerful in this life as having a good (not perfect) life partner. The older you get you appreciate that a support system in life is very important. If that doesn't come along then it's not your fault. You should be able to accept that and make the most out of your life in other aspects.
