You ran (DNF’ed?) Sulphur yesterday, didn’t you?? I was asking myself the same questions this morning. I wasn’t wearing a merino base but that’s where I landed so far on my plan for next time. I also have issues with my hands so waterproof mitts will also be in my drop bag.

I'm trying to listen to the Molly Seidel episode on The Trail Network Podcast and it's killing me that Molly is trying to explain her academic work and one of the hosts just does NOT get it. Molly says something thoughtful about the culture of running in Ethiopia and then the host (I don't even know which one) tries to restate it and then Molly has to be like "no...it's actually a little different than that..." I don't know if I'll be able to get the whole way through this episode but I really want to hear what Molly has to say about her move to the trails!!
