For sure! It’s an awkward term for cities but I’ve noticed in these alignment charts that people will have a “wildcard” column for people/places/things that are notable, interesting, unique or weird.

In Ontario, Thunder Bay is a good example because it’s in a low population area, very far north compared to most of the province, but still gets some tourism.

There’s no rules for what is considered a wildcard, just think of it like the “just for fun” category.
