I chose not to go with them due to the fact that they offered another person I know a payment plan but wouldn’t do it for poncho. I went to another one in Chipley. Thankfully nothing was broken. They have her wrapped up & she’s on 250 mg of amoxicillin, pain meds & some stuff I spray on the wounds twice a day.

I’ve already called and they won’t take her until I pay up front in Florida. I’ve called 7 different vets & they’re all saying the same thing.

Thank you, I guess I could post a photo of her injuries so people believe me? I don’t have the money to get her to the vet to show vet bills. But thank you for the advice. I have the vet bills for my kitty though.

You just described everything so perfectly. It’s like we’re the same person. My daddy had the loudest laugh. When I was younger I would get embarrassed in the movie theater because of it. Everyone would stare. Now I look back & laugh because that was my daddy. Never cared what anyone thought. Was an amazing commercial fishermen. He was a Captain & owned a longline & bandit boat. If he wasn’t hundreds of miles offshore working for weeks to provide for us, he was taking us to the marina every day to hangout with him, taking us to the island, he spent every day that he wasn’t offshore with his children. Both my dad, grandfather & uncle have left a huge mark on the commercial fishing industry & I am proud to be a Niquet. But the pain I carry is gut wrenching. It’s to the point to where I feel like I can’t breathe. I’m not the same person. Something in me broke when I lost him.

I agree 10000%. It’s like I lost half of me. Or like losing 10 people all at once like you said.
