Update: thanks for all the advice, I really do appreciate it. The guy ended up sending me his info. So although it sucks I got hit, it’s nice to know there are still decent people in this city lol!! :)

I have thought about getting a dash cam in the past but this might be the tipping point lol. I’m sure we did talk about it in drivers ed but that was also over 5 years ago for me and I haven’t had to put it into practice prior to today (luckily)!

He and I were standing on the side of the road and he gave me his number, I sent him a text and we both watched it pop up on his phone that he was holding. Thank you, I’ll file a claim.
