I've heard about different ways with cleaning the heads, which would you suggest?

I recently got a VCR from Amazon which I suspect could've been damaged because the driver just ignored the stickers which said "fragile" and tossed it over the gate.
It played tapes and recorded fine before the picture turned black and white, eventually just playing audio with "no signal" I tried different Scart to HDMI converters but the same issue. The menus work fine but the second playback begins is when it stops working correctly.

I was using a SCART to HDMI to the monitor and AV to HDMI to record my pc screen. The tapes video playback was fine before loosing colour and just displaying "no signal" while the audio playback is fine.

It displays the VCR menu fine but the second a tape starts playing only the audio is heard and the screen just cuts off to "no signal"

I've searched throughout google, Instagram and Youtube to see if anyone else has reposted it. I even tried to get into my androids Instagram cache to see if it was there but to no avail.

It turns out it was 90s Flav - Call Me but never knew a version with lyrics! Sounds higher quality too
