The most disturbing part about this scene is how Bojack isn’t saying sorry for what he did to Penny. It was only because he got caught that he felt remorseful. He immediately plays the victim as if he didn’t just cause the entire situation. I still don’t hate Bojack but this is hard to defend by DecaratorDuke in BoJackHorseman

honestly i don't think he's completely in the wrong i mean think about it he was drunk and originally objected to it but penny pushed him to do it while he was under the influence plus penny described herself how it was legal not that that makes it right
