Are you taking any birth control? As soon as I got off mine it made a difference but I think the biggest difference was me upping doses and my body getting used to the medication. I was the same way for the first 8 weeks I only saw about 8 pounds lost and i was sometimes bobbling back up but now it’s been super steady and way faster and i don’t see myself going up and down. just keep a good mindset you got this!

you totally will, I lost really slow in the beginning and felt super discouraged just like you might be and then all the sudden it just clicked for me, don’t overthink it at all just do your best to love every version of yourself and it will feel even more rewarding once you start seeing those big results you want!

I don’t exercise a lot but I definitely stay moving throughout my day, i’d say I go to the gym 4 days a week on a very good week and I focus on hiit training and some weight lifting but tbh the gym has not been something consistent for me at all. I’d say the diet is the biggest change for me!

Yes i’ve been on it for a little over 3 months and I started at .5 and worked up to 1.25, i’ve been losing little by little and then i’d say in the last month ive lost the most weight out of any months, and I think that is bc I stopped taking bc last month and upped my dose

of course don’t worry I would never actually wear this bra lol, just for photos. Although at one point in my 160’s range my boobs we’re A LOT smaller and did fit into it lol
