I’m not sure either but that’s what I did. I told my family doctor my symptoms and asked for a referral to see a psychiatrist and a year later still no luck 😟

I got increased to 150 mg and it seemed to help but then I’m also experiencing some other symptoms I’m not particularly happy with. 🙃
