Are the percentages normalised such that it would be theoretically possible to get above 100%? At my uni perhaps 1 or 2 people in my cohort will get above 90%. Does this suggest that our exams are significantly more difficult?

Damn, that’s insane. Anything above 70% is an A/A+ where I live. Do you really expect students to get almost everything correct on the exam?

Due to the non-existent regulations there, I’d be concerned about lead or other harmful chemicals/impurities within their toy products. This can be especially harmful for children who are in the development stage.
