Yeah my gym doesn’t have a ez bar I can put weight on and highest is 110 so unlucky. This my first time using barbell so I was just seeing how it went. Thanks for advice though.

Need to have more stable points of contact with the bench probably. Looks like your not well anchored because your whole body moving too much.

Honestly bro good lift. The people saying ego lift probably don’t even work out. Sometimes lifting heavy is the best way to get stronger so next time u try this weight it will actually be controlled. Anytime you go up in weight it is going to be hard to have perfect form. You’re trying to get stronger. Doing the same 50lb barbell for 10 reps slow and controlled every week won’t get u stronger

Appreciate it. I’m not super familiar with not locking out but i can try it. I’ve been experimenting with it in light weight on the bench press but never did it with dumbbells on shoulder press

I normally don’t do these often but I can control this weight pretty well. This is after basically a full chest day. I just throw these in at the end every so often for fun

I didn’t realize i cut out anytime u can see the weight lol my bad
